      About us....

The PTA/Friends of St Patrick's is a group of parents who meet to organise fundraising events for the school.  Every parent/guardian of a child at St Patrick's is eligible to be a member of the PTA/Friends of St Patrick's.  We meet about once a month, usually at school, and information about these meetings is generally forwarded to parents via their children's bookbags and by posters displayed around school. 

We raise funds so that we can help to contribute towards a variety of things that will benefit our children.  Each year we make a donation towards the annual whole-school trip, Christmas outing and also make contributions towards the cost of equipment within the school.  Most recently, this has involved a donation of over £1000 towards equipment for the recently completed Fountation Stage Extension.

To enable us to do all this, we plan many events through out the year, ranging from the very popular Quiz Nights to the Spring/Summer Fayre.
